Wednesday Group Workouts
Every Wednesday night Fleet Feet Racing members meet for Interval, Threshold, and other quality workouts. These workouts are designed to prepare our athletes for races from the 5K to the Marathon.

Weekend Group Long Runs
New for 2019 those on the team will be invited to meet up with Fleet Feet training groups and have supported long runs at a variety of locations. These will be communicated via e-mail. Alternate locations can be discussed on the Fleet Feet Racing Facebook page.
