Tuesday Group Workouts
Every Tuesday night Nike Fleet Feet Racing members meet for Interval, Threshold, and other quality workouts. These workouts are designed to prepare our athletes for races from the 5K to the Marathon. Warm-up starts at 5:45 p.m. from 500 University Avenue and our actually speed sessions are held at the Sacramento State University's main track.

Weekend Group Long Runs
Long runs are typically held on the American River Bike Trail starting from a variety of locations. Locations and start times vary weekly and will be posted under the Upcoming Events section. There will be an e-mail address provided for the point of contact for each long run.
