The Golden State Triathlon & Super Sprint Triathlon

The Golden State Triathlon is California's Only Criterium Style Sprint Triathlon with a Draft Legal Three-loop bike course and a Post Race Party with beer garden and hot post race food. The race course features a half-mile swim in the American River, a fifteen-mile three-lap bike course that is draft legal, and a three mile run course on the American River Bike Trail.

This race attracts top competition among age-group athletes with a ton of FUN. The Golden State Triathlon has SweatVac tech-tee race shirts and awards five-deep in each five-year age group.

There is also the Super Sprint Triathlon with a 200 yard swim – 5 mile bike – 1 mile run with awards three-deep in each 10-year age group and a custom race t-shirt.

Athletes entered in both races will receive a post race hot meal, free athlete massage, athlete goody bag, a chance for raffle prizes, free coffee, free RedBull, free CLIF Bar products, and free beer.
