Challenge of the Ages Track Meet

I'm happy to announce that we'll be holding the Challenge of the Ages Track and Field meet on Saturday, April 3rd at Rocklin High! This is a dual "mini meet" where we Fast FOO compete against the Roseville Express Youth Track Club in a variety of track and field events- in other words, it's the "old folks" vs. the "young whippersnappers." Sadly, the FOO has been defeated by the kids in both our first two meets- this year it's our turn to win! Low key and FUN, this meet is great opportunity to get out and try some events you might not have done since high school or college, or perhaps have never done before.

8:25 am - 1500m
8:50 am - 80m hurdles (everyone same height hurdles and same spacing)
9:15 am - 400m
9:45 am - 100m
10:10 am - 800m
10:35 am - 200m
10:50 am - 3K

Field Events (max of 3 attempts per event)
8:00 - 9:30 am - Long Jump / Triple Jump (open pit)
8:00 - 9:30 am - Turbo Javelin (open runway)
9:30 - 11:00 am - High Jump (open pit)
9:30 - 11:00 am - Shot Put (open pit)
