I'm happy to announce that we'll be holding the Challenge of the Ages Track and Field meet on Saturday, April 3rd at Rocklin High! This is a dual "mini meet" where we Fast FOO compete against the Roseville Express Youth Track Club in a variety of track and field events- in other words, it's the "old folks" vs. the "young whippersnappers." Sadly, the FOO has been defeated by the kids in both our first two meets- this year it's our turn to win!

Stacey and Dave Andersen will be doing their long run and cheering on Meredith, who is running her first marathon!!! (The River City Marathon starts at 7:00 am from Negro Bar and they run to Discovery Park).

Saturday, April 24th, 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. start times, Old Fair Oaks - Fair Oaks Fiesta Sun Run Course! 

This 5 mile course through Fair Oaks is beautiful and hilly (with lots of roosters along the way!). It will be a good way to check out the Fair Oaks Fiesta course. See the website for the course profile.
